About the Role

We are looking for a agile, energetic, and result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive our offline business growth. In this role, you will be the face of our company on the ground. Your core responsibility will be visiting potential clients, generating leads, and conducting on-ground promotional activities and camps to increase brand visibility and sales conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales & Marketing:

- Direct Field Visits: Travel extensively within assigned territories to meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and pitch our products/services.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new market opportunities, generate daily leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and customer referrals.
- Market Mapping & Competitor Analysis: Keep track of local market trends, competitor pricing, and marketing strategies to provide valuable feedback to management.

Promotional Camps & Events:





- On-Ground Camps: Actively participate in, set up, and manage promotional events, exhibitions, residential/corporate activation camps, and direct marketing drives.
- Brand Promotion: Engage directly with crowds at camps to build product awareness, distribute marketing collateral, and capture instant walk-in leads.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales, direct marketing, business development, or retail sales. (Freshers with high energy and strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Education: Minimum High School diploma / Graduate degree in any stream.
- Mandatory Prerequisites:
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) in working condition.
- Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- A smartphone for real-time reporting, lead entry, and navigation.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- High energy level with a strong passion for field-based outdoor work.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively within the city/region.
- Open to working in dynamic environments, including setting up and managing on-ground camps.
- Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit to meet and exceed targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
