Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfil hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
