KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on role requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and continuously develop a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool.
- Handle candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer closures.
- Drive offer-to-joining conversion through consistent candidate engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and track Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Source of Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and Hiring TAT.
- Support recruitment planning for new locations, hubs, and business expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Robust sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills and a high sense of ownership.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth organization, mobility, logistics, retail, or operations-driven environment is an advantage.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
