Job Summary

Eco Friendly Tech Solutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Manager to manage and expand our placement activities, build strong relationships with companies, and create employment opportunities for our students and candidates.

The Placement Manager will be responsible for developing corporate connections, coordinating recruitment drives, managing placement activities, and ensuring successful candidate placements. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, relationship-management, negotiation, and business development skills, with experience in campus recruitment, corporate hiring, placement coordination, or EdTech.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Identify and approach companies for placement, recruitment, internship, and hiring opportunities.
- Establish and maintain corporate tie-ups, recruitment partnerships, and MoU with organizations and institutions.
- Coordinate with HR teams and companies to understand their hiring requirements and job vacancies.
- Source and match suitable candidates with available job opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, virtual interviews, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, selection processes, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.




- Track candidate applications, interview schedules, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain and regularly update the placement database, employer database, and candidate records.
- Develop new employer networks and explore opportunities for increasing placement numbers.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview results, offers, joining dates, and placement closures.
- Prepare regular reports on placement activities, employer engagement, interview schedules, selections, and joining conversions.
- Work closely with the training and academic teams to understand candidate skills and align them with employer requirements.
- Support students and candidates with resume preparation, interview coordination, career guidance, and placement readiness.
- Conduct or coordinate placement-related workshops, recruitment sessions, and career development activities.
- Monitor industry hiring trends and identify current employment opportunities for candidates.
- Achieve assigned placement and employer-acquisition targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, HR, corporate relations, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in EdTech,



training, education, recruitment, or placement services will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in dealing with corporate HR teams and recruitment managers.
- Ability to handle multiple employers, candidates, and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM or placement management systems.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
