About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, SQL/PostgreSQL, and modern AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, building AI-powered solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, and managing application hosting, deployment, and production environments.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of application development, database management, API integrations, cloud hosting, and deployment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack.

- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code for client-side and server-side applications.

- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party services.

- Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization.

- Build AI-powered features such as chatbots, document search, AI assistants, and intelligent business automation.

- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.

- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models.

- Work with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS, and Weaviate for semantic search and AI applications.

- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and other security best practices.

- Deploy and maintain web applications and AI-powered services on cloud hosting platforms and production servers.

- Configure domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, environment variables, reverse proxies,



and web servers.

- Manage Linux-based servers and troubleshoot hosting, deployment, and production-related issues.

- Configure and maintain application processes using tools such as PM2.

- Set up and maintain web servers using Nginx or Apache.

- Work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and updates.

- Monitor application performance, availability, logs, and server resource utilization.

- Ensure application responsiveness, performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Follow best practices for Git, testing, documentation, version control, and deployment.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

- Good understanding of MongoDB, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS.

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, API integration, and third-party services.

- Experience with Git and GitHub.

- Understanding of JWT authentication, OAuth, and API security.

- Understanding of application hosting, deployment, and production environments.

- Experience deploying applications on platforms such as Vercel, Render, AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar hosting platforms.

- Basic knowledge of Linux server administration, SSH, and server troubleshooting.

- Understanding of domains, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, and environment variables.

- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

- Basic understanding of AI APIs, LLM integration,



and AI-powered application development.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience building AI applications using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.

- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

- Experience with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS, or Weaviate.

- Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.

- Experience with prompt engineering and AI agents.

- Experience with cloud hosting and production deployment.

- Knowledge of Linux server administration and application hosting.

- Familiarity with Nginx, Apache, SSL, DNS, domains, and reverse proxy configuration.

- Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of process managers such as PM2.

- Experience deploying Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and Python/FastAPI applications.

- Exposure to Redis, WebSockets, background jobs, and queue systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

- Knowledge of server monitoring, application logging, backups, and production troubleshooting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Hands-on experience with MERN Stack development and database integration.

- Familiarity with application deployment and hosting platforms.

- Experience working on AI-powered applications is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently, learn new technologies, and collaborate effectively within a development team.
