Profile: Accountant
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role Hands-on experience with day-to-day accounts entry, GST and TDS Roles:
Perform daily accounting data entry (sales, purchase, journal, receipt and payment vouchers) accurately and on time using Tally Maintain books of accounts and update ledgers regularly Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile with GSTR-2B Calculate TDS, deduct it correctly, make timely payments and file TDS returns Perform bank reconciliation and party ledger reconciliation Handle invoicing, billing and maintain vendor and customer records Coordinate with the CA or auditor and provide data for audit and compliance Keep all accounting documents properly filed and organised Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent (graduation in commerce preferred) Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
