Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associates to join our team. This is an excellent chance for freshers who are interested in building a career in US Taxation. The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and work closely with experienced tax professionals to develop their knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and processing US individual and business tax returns.
- Enter and verify tax-related financial information accurately.
- Review documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Assist senior tax professionals with tax preparation and related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Communicate with team members regarding work-related requirements and updates.
- Learn and apply basic concepts of US Taxation and tax preparation software.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Eligibility:

- Any graduate with a bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Taxation will be preferred.




- Positive communication and basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a US/night shift.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
