About the Company

Bhavani Motors is a leading authorised distributor of Honda Genuine 2-Wheeler Spare Parts in Kerala, serving over 1,500 B2B and B2C customers across the state.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working field sales executives to join our sales team and manage sales operations throughout Palakkad District.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and potential customers across assigned sales routes in Palakkad District.
- Promote and sell Honda Genuine 2-Wheeler Spare Parts.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with spare parts retailers, workshops and dealers.
- Identify new customers and expand the company's sales network.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with the Thrissur office for billing and dispatch.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor updates and daily sales reports.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure effective after-sales coordination.

Sales Territory & Schedule

- Assigned Territory: Palakkad District, Kerala.
- Sales routes will be divided and scheduled from Monday to Saturday.
- Candidates will be responsible for visiting customers according to their assigned daily routes.
- Field operations will be coordinated through the Thrissur branch.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts is an advantage.
- Previous experience in field sales, automobile spare parts or automotive dealership sales is preferred.
- Freshers with an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Must be comfortable travelling extensively within Palakkad District.
- Candidates residing in Palakkad District are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Minimum Education: SSLC / 10th Pass, +2 (Preferred)

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
