Responsibilities
- Contact assigned leads and introduce relevant educational programs.
- Understand prospects' requirements and respond to queries professionally.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status and follow-up dates.
- Coordinate with the team leader to track progress against assigned targets.
- Support the enrollment process and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow approved scripts, communication guidelines and company policies.
- Provide regular daily performance updates to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
