- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, database, references, etc.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills and experience
- Contact candidates and understand their profile
- Explain the job/requirements to candidates
- Shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with clients/companies
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Meet recruitment targets
- Work with the recruitment/team members
- experience:1-2 Years
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or Engineering graduates from Mechanical, Electronics/ECE or related disciplines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
