About the Role

CyberTech Shield is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Vadodara. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, HR Operations, and Employer Branding.

The selected candidate will work closely with the team and gain hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and publish professional job descriptions and recruitment posts.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in maintaining an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates using MS Excel.
- Assist with other HR and talent acquisition activities as required.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology,



Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates professionally.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
