Role summary We are hiring a Senior Front-end Developer to lead building quick, responsive and accessible web interfaces. You will set direction and standards, mentor others and be accountable for outcomes across projects and teams.

Key responsibilities Set direction and quality standards for how the team will translate design mockups into responsive, cross-browser user interfaces. Lead and review the team//'s work to integrate user interfaces with back-end APIs and manage application state. Own the approach to how the team will write, test and maintain clean, reusable front-end code in version control. Guide the team to optimise page performance and accessibility across browsers and devices. Own outcomes and quality across projects and teams. Mentor and coach colleagues and review complex work. Evaluate tools and approaches, and advise stakeholders and leadership on trade-offs. Level expectations Accountable for results across projects or teams, sets direction and standards, and acts as a technical or professional authority.

WebAssembly Experience and qualifications Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 9+ years of relevant experience. Proven record of leading delivery, influencing decisions and mentoring others.
