We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records.
- Convert leads into successful clients.
- Achieve a minimum target of 5 client conversions per month.
- Maintain daily updates of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the senior/lead and provide regular work updates.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements

- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday
