MONANI DRYFRUITS — ACCOUNTS & SOFTWARE TRANSITION INTERN

Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹12,000/month
Type: Part-time, In-office

Timing: 12pm to 7pm (Versatile)

Role:
Support daily accounting while helping the business transition to organised and automated accounting & inventory software.

Responsibilities:

- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses and payments.
- Maintain basic accounts and supporting documents.
- Reconcile cash, UPI and card transactions.
- Maintain vendor/customer outstanding records.
- Clean and organise existing accounting and SKU data.
- Assist with software data migration and product master creation.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock.
- Prepare basic Excel trackers and MIS.
- Identify and report errors during the software transition.





Requirements:

- B.Com / BAF / BMS / M.Com student or fresher.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Good Excel skills.
- Tally/accounting software knowledge preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn.
- Must be available for the full 6-month period.

This is a hands-on role combining accounts, inventory, Excel and software implementation.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:

- Gujarati (Preferred)
