· Good verbal communication skills
· Confident and polite telephone manner
· follow-up with customers
· Explain products/services clearly
· Handle customer queries and objections professionally
· Maintain customer records and call reports
· Basic computer knowledge
· Positive attitude and positive convincing skills
· Previous experience in sales/telecalling preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
