Job Title: Shawarma Mak Manveedu Art Café is hiring a skilled and responsible Shawarma Maker to prepare quality shawarma wraps, plates, and rolls while maintaining high hygiene and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, marinate, grill, slice, and assemble shawarma.

Prepare shawarma wraps, plates, and rolls.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, portions, and presentation.

Operate kitchen equipment safely.

Ensure proper cooking, storage, and food handling.

Monitor stock and minimize food waste.

Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean.

Maintain smooth service during busy hours.

Requirements:

Previous shawarma making or restaurant kitchen experience.

Knowledge of shawarma preparation, grilling, slicing, and presentation.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and hygienic.

Working Conditions - evening 3 to 9.30 ( 9 closing time and 30 min for cleaning)

Performance-based bonuses may be provided.

Chef uniform, apron, cap, and gloves are provided

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
