Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Team Leadership and Management:
- Supervise and lead a team.
- Schedule daily production and prioritize job orders.
- Train new personnel on operating procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and resolve.
- Production and Process Control:
- Monitor and optimize the Moulding process for efficiency and consistent quality.
- Set up and adjust Moulding machines (if applicable) and equipment parameters.
- Ensure all materials are correctly prepared, mixed, and utilized according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot Moulding defects and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Quality and Safety Compliance:
- Inspect completed molds and cores to verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Enforce strict adherence to all Environmental Health and Safety.




- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments for the Moulding area.
- Maintain detailed records of quality checks, production output, and scrap rates.

- Maintenance and Improvement:
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive maintenance.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance departmental productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work setting 5S or similar lean manufacturing principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
