Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, develop customer relationships, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, referrals, and other channels.

* Contact potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.

* Explain and promote products/services to customers.

* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

* Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

* Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

* Achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Qualification & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

* Freshers can apply; relevant sales experience will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of the local market and customer base is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
