- Handle and respond to customer emails, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries.
- Manage and follow up on online orders from order confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, billing and delivery teams for timely order processing.
- Track order status, dispatches, deliveries and returns.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status, product availability and delivery updates.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Maintain daily records of online orders, enquiries, follow-ups and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for delivery-related issues.
- Prepare basic reports related to online sales and order status.




- Support the team in improving online customer service and order management processes.

Qualification

- MBA – Marketing / HR / Operations / General Management
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Good English communication and email writing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of online orders / e-commerce operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
