HIRING: PURCHASE MANAGER (Building Construction)

Location: Head Office – Gurugram, Haryana (Full-Time)
Role Overview
Lead central procurement, vendor relations, and cost optimization for multi-site EPC and turnkey project operations across India.
Key Responsibilities
-Procurement amp; Sourcing: Direct end-to-end procurement of raw materials, heavy machinery, and sub-contracting services.
-Vendor amp; Cost Management: Build vendor networks, negotiate high-value contracts/bulk pricing, and track price trends (steel, cement, electricals).
-Supply Chain amp; Operations: Coordinate with site teams and finance to forecast material needs, draft POs/SLAs, and maintain uninterrupted supply lines.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Education: B.Tech/B.E.



(Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or SCM degree (MBA preferred).
-Experience: 5–10 years in central procurement within EPC, construction, or heavy engineering.
-Key Skills: Solid negotiation, contract law understanding, ERP proficiency (SAP, Tally, or MS Dynamics), and an established Delhi NCR vendor network.
