Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Technical (Blue collar) and Non-IT Recuritment.
- Source candidate profiles through various job portals
- Conduct initial screening and profile evaluation and shortlist suitable candidates based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with functional heads and stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback collection.
- Ensure timely closure of position mandates within the defined recruitment TAT.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure proper recruitment documentation and approval workflows are completed for all hires.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Qualified fluency in English and Hindi are mandatory
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
