We are looking for an HR Executive with relevant experience to handle recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end Recruitment & Hiring
- Onboarding, Attendance & Leave Management
- HR Documentation & Employee Records
- Performance & Employee Engagement
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate with Department Heads and Management

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, HRMS & Excel
- Experience recruiting for digital marketing roles
- Good communication in English & Malayalam
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini & AI tools
- Organized, responsible and people-oriented

Salary: Based on experience & skills
Location: Perinthalmanna, Malappuram

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
