- Strong knowledge of Press Tool Design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D and Sheet Metal.
- Knowledge of blank/flat development.
- Knowledge of Easy, Compound and Progressive Press Tools.
- Knowledge of strip layout development.
- Press tonnage calculation.
- Punch and die clearance calculation.
- Knowledge of standard tool components.
- Good understanding of tool manufacturing, assembly and press trials.
- Engineering drawing, dimensions and tolerance knowledge.
- Strong design and drawing interpretation skills.
- Good 3D visualization ability.
- Manufacturing-oriented design approach.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good coordination with manufacturing teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot tool trial issues.
- Quality and cost-conscious approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
