Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

Full-Time | Relocation & Travel Required

BareBaby and MIHL are hiring an Executive Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO in a quick-moving business environment.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy candidate who is comfortable with relocation and frequent travel for work. This role requires close day-to-day coordination with the CEO and handling confidential business operations with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

* Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and travel

* Maintain records, notes, task tracking, and follow-ups

* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, consultants, and staff

* Assist with operational, administrative, and personal coordination

* Organize documents, invoices, contracts, and reports

* Track timelines, payments, and ongoing projects

* Assist in communication and execution across multiple businesses

* Use AI tools and software to improve workflow and productivity

Requirements

* Willing to relocate and travel as required

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills





* Basic knowledge of:

* AI tools and productivity software

* Accounting/bookkeeping

* Legal documentation and contracts

* Professional communication skills

* High level of confidentiality and discretion

* Ability to work in a fast-paced founder environment

* Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Preferred

* Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

* Startup or founder-office experience

* Familiarity with Excel, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Notion, or similar tools

Compensation
