Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare client bills, RA bills, running bills, and final bills based on actual site measurements.
- Verify BOQ, drawings, specifications, and quantities before billing.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and rate analysis for civil works.
- Maintain measurement books (MB) and ensure accurate recording of executed work.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, QS, contractors, and clients for measurements and bill certification.
- Check contractor/subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
- Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, deviation statements, and reconciliation reports.
- Track work progress vs. billed quantities and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in cost estimation, budget monitoring, and project cost control.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
