Job Purpose:-

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for analytical and microbiological evaluations of all raw, pasteurized, and final products

Job Description:-

- This position is to assist in the operations of the laboratory.
- Data Entry of lab test results for reporting process.
- Maintains standard lab practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of all product specifications
- Ensure product specifications are met according to company standards
- Acquire skills required for all lab methods
- Effective communication with other personal
- Maintain GMP through the facility
- Incoming Raw, Packing & Consumable, Material sample collection
- RO Water / Bore well water sample collection & Chemcial Analysis
- Sample collection of Raw Chilled Milk from Road Tankers
- Strich Adherence to GLP Practices, Verify CIP Process, Collect samples, Note Temp etc.
- Sampling,



Packing & Despatch of samples for Chemical examination to External Lab & Central Lab, Testing of Product & Ingredient samples in the absence of Chemist
- Silo Change over First Packet collection for both Chemcial & Microbiological testing
- Flush out & First Packet collection for both Chemcial & Microbiological testing

Qualification & Experience:

- Educational qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry or Microbiology/B.Tech-Food Technology
- Relevant experience: Fresher

- Internal: Interact with AM-QA , Lab Team & Inbound Logistics team
