What will you do?

Executive Leadership Support
• Provide end-to-end executive support to senior leadership, including CEO/CXO-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic reviews, business updates, and stakeholder interactions.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of commitments.
• Act as a trusted liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Project Management & PMO
• Drive and monitor multiple strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, project review meetings, status checkpoints, and governance forums.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting mechanisms.

Reporting & Business Operations
• Create skilled executive presentations, board decks, quarterly reviews, and business updates.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and develop meaningful reports, dashboards,



and performance insights.
• Perform basic to intermediate data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide structured business insights, recommendations, and status reports to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and senior management to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
• Ensure clear communication and regular project updates to stakeholders.

What will you need?

Must Have Skills
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership offices, PMO functions, or strategic business operations.
• Solid project management experience with exposure to working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing executive calendars, leadership communications, and stakeholder engagement.
