Are you a finance and taxation qualified with strong practical experience in financial reporting, direct taxation, GST compliance, and tax assessments?

At Sathvar, we are looking for an experienced Manager – Financial Reporting & Tax to manage end-to-end financial reporting and taxation engagements, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality professional services using a cloud ERP system.

Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting
• Manage end-to-end financial reporting, accounting, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, schedules, and management reports.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting assignments.

Direct Taxation & Transfer Pricing
• Manage end-to-end Income Tax and TDS compliance, including computations, returns, payments, and reconciliations.
• Handle tax assessments, notices, departmental proceedings, and related submissions.
• Manage transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and assessment-related matters.
• Identify tax risks and ensure timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. GST – End-to-End Compliance
• Manage GST registrations, periodic returns, reconciliations, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reviews.
• Handle GST refund applications, assessments, notices, and departmental proceedings.
• Manage GST audits and support clients during departmental audits and inquiries.
• Ensure timely compliance and proactively identify potential GST risks.

4. Cloud ERP & Process Management
• Work with cloud-based ERP systems for accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
