Role Description The Director role at 3Skill is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Raipur Area. The Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resource allocation, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning, develop and implement policies and procedures, and represent the organization in key external meetings and partnerships. The position also involves identifying growth opportunities, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.

with experience in setting and executing organizational goals.
• Solid operational management skills, including budget management, resource planning, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions.
• Proven experience in managing change, driving organizational initiatives, and implementing measurable improvements.
• Relevant experience in a director or senior management role, preferably in a comparable industry or service-based organization.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Raipur Area and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
