Role Description: The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time role. Preference for those based in Bengaluru, remote work is possible for strong, self-motivated candidates. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the mini golf arena, increase footfall,



and enhance brand awareness across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, coordinating promotions and events, managing social media and local partnerships, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the operations team to design customer offers, collect feedback, and refine messaging to appeal to diverse audiences. This position also supports sales initiatives by creating marketing materials, engaging with potential partners, and helping drive repeat visits and memberships. This role also involves engaging with local partners, schools, and corporate groups to drive awareness and bookings.This is a hands-on role, and we would prefer candidates who have design skills to be able to create posters and some videos on Canva or using AI tools.
