SCEAIMS Private Limited is a leading B2B technology distributor headquartered in Salem, with 14+ years in the market, 3,000+ dealer partners, 1,000+ customers and an 8,000 sq ft warehouse. We distribute across 14 product verticals: CCTV, biometrics, smart classrooms, networking, home automation, gate access, telecom, digital signage, TV/AC, video conferencing, PA systems, office equipment, home theatre and fire/intrusion systems, serving Tamil Nadu, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our dealer network and B2B sales across Salem and Tamil Nadu. You will lead a small sales team and own revenue targets for your territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new dealers, system integrators and channel partners across Tamil Nadu
• Grow business from existing dealers through regular visits, schemes and product training
• Lead, train and review a team of sales executives; set targets and track performance daily
• Win project / institutional orders (schools, hospitals, offices, industries) with technical partners
• Prepare quotations,
negotiate pricing and close deals; ensure timely collections
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts and service teams for smooth delivery
• Share market feedback on competitor pricing, new brands and demand trends
Requirements
• 5+ years in B2B / channel / dealer sales, with at least 2 years of team handling
• Experience in CCTV, IT/networking, telecom, electronics or consumer durables distribution preferred
• Strong network of dealers or integrators in Tamil Nadu is a big plus
• Fluent in Tamil and English; comfortable with CRM/Excel reporting
• Two-wheeler with valid licence; willing to travel across Tamil Nadu
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
