About the Role
We are looking for a creative, highly organised and detail-oriented Brand Executive to manage the execution and coordination of KOHIRA's branding and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of premium brand presentation, creative quality, marketing coordination and timely execution across digital platforms, showrooms and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Campaign Execution
• Execute monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns as planned by the Brand Manager.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, agencies and vendors.
• Ensure creative deliverables are completed within approved timelines.
• Review artwork and campaign deliverables for quality and brand consistency before approval.
2. Social Media & Creative Coordination
• Coordinate monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Follow up on reels, posts, stories, campaign videos and other digital creatives.
• Ensure timely availability and delivery of approved content to publishing teams.
• Verify that all content follows KOHIRA's approved brand identity, language and visual guidelines.
3. Showroom Branding & Visual Consistency
• Coordinate posters, standees, display materials, promotional artwork and showroom branding.
• Ensure consistent branding across KOHIRA showrooms and shop-in-shop counters.
• Collect showroom photographs to verify correct execution of approved branding.
• Identify and coordinate the correction of branding inconsistencies.
4. BTL Marketing & Promotional Support
• Coordinate brochures, flyers, vouchers, promotional materials and creative requirements for BTL activities.
