Job Title: Recruitment / HR Intern (Work from Home / Remote)

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR/Talent Acquisition team. In this remote role, you will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing talent pipelines. This is a outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on corporate HR experience from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate Sourcing: Search and source potential candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and screen applicants to match qualifications with open job descriptions.
• Interview Coordination: Reach out to candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate calendars between hiring managers and applicants.
• Database & Tracker Management:
Maintain and update recruitment spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or candidate pipelines daily.
• Employer Branding & Outreach: Help post job openings across digital channels and assist in basic candidate communication.
• HR Support: Assist in drafting standard email templates, internship offer letters, or onboarding documentation as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in MBA (HR), BBA,
• Skills:
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites (LinkedIn).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to work independently in a remote setup.
• System Requirements: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal laptop/computer.
