Celestial Events is an event management company based in New Delhi. We organize corporate events, weddings, private functions, brand activations and many other celebrations.

We are now looking for an Event Operations Analyst who can become a part of our family and help us plan and run our events more efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs and event requirements
• Prepare event costings, estimates and quotations
• Track budgets against actual spends for every event
• Compare vendor quotes and help finalize the right vendors
• Manage inventory, materials and logistics tracking
• Build event timelines and production schedules
• Understand AV, stage, fabrication and decor requirements
• Create reports and dashboards on event costs and performance
• Conduct post event analysis on costs, delays and gaps




• Suggest ways to reduce costs and improve operations
• Coordinate with the creative, production and client servicing teams
• Support the operations team during on ground execution

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in event operations, event costing or a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, budget sheets)
• Good understanding of event costing and vendor management
• Basic understanding of AV, stage, fabrication and event production
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Valuable communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines at once
• Comfortable being present on site at events when required
• Graduate in any discipline; a background in event management, commerce or business is a plus
