Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Nagpur, focused on real estate sourcing and closing. The Sales Manager will identify and source residential, commercial, land, and investment opportunities through networking,



market research, and relationship-building with property owners, developers, and channel partners. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle: qualifying leads, conducting site visits, presenting property options, negotiating terms, and closing transactions in line with company targets and client expectations. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal advisory, finance, and marketing teams to align offers, prepare proposals, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance for each deal. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining a robust sales pipeline, using CRM and digital tools to track activities, providing regular performance reports, and delivering a high standard of client service to drive repeat and referral business.
