Role Description The First Class Manager (R) will oversee day-to-day mining operations at NSC’s sites in Uttarakhand, India, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient production. Responsibilities include planning and supervising extraction activities, coordinating with geology and engineering teams,
monitoring equipment and resources, and implementing best practices for quality control and environmental management. The role involves managing site teams, optimizing workflows, preparing operational reports, and liaising with stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, local communities, and senior leadership. This is a full time hybrid role, based in Uttarakhand, with a mix of on-site presence at mine locations and some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and planning tasks.
