Role Overview:-
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated (Business Development Trainee
(BDT)to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for freshers or
early-career professionals who are eager to start a rewarding journey in sales,
communication, and client relationship management within the quick-growing
EdTech sector.We recognize that the traditional education system often falls short in
preparing individuals for the rapidly evolving job market. To address this
challenge, we go beyond merely providing courses and strive to create a
comprehensive ecosystem that empowers individuals to succeed in their
careers by providing internship training which not only teaches practical skills

Salary: Fixed ₹16,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹20,000.




Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays as weekly offs except for the last Sunday of each month, when a compensatory weekly off will be provided during the same week, along with one paid leave per month. *

* Opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and business development within the EdTech industry. You will undergo a 3-month training period as a business development trainee. Upon successful completion and based on your performance, your role will be converted to Business Development Executive. Post-Internship Offer: Between 3 and 5 LPA+ Incentive (based on performance)
