Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executives with strong communication and negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, and converting qualified leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming property inquiries and generate new sales opportunities.
* Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
* Present residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients.




* Schedule and conduct property site visits.
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.
* Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
* Convert leads into site visits, bookings, and successful closures.
* Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
* Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and the internal sales team.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales or marketing is preferred.
* 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role is preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
* Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
* Basic knowledge of Pune’s real estate
