BuzyTeam is building an AI-powered platform connecting HR, recruitment, projects, tasks, communication and business intelligence.
We're looking for a results-driven B2B SaaS sales professional who can take ownership of opportunities and consistently deliver revenue.

What You'll Do
• Own the complete sales cycle : discovery, demo, negotiation and closing.
• Engage directly with founders, CEOs, CHROs and business decision-makers.
• Convert qualified leads and product demos into paying customers.
• Handle pricing objections, competitor comparisons and complex negotiations.
• Build value-based business cases instead of competing on discounts.
• Own revenue targets, pipeline management and sales forecasts.

What We're Looking For
• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, ERP, CRM or enterprise software.




• Proven track record of personally closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Solid negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Ability to sell business outcomes, not just product features.
• Confident communication with senior decision-makers.
• Self-driven, accountable and disciplined with CRM and follow-ups.
• Candidates currently based in Noida or Delhi NCR preferred.
