Job Description: Showroom Manager – Luxury & Premium Interiors

Position Overview
Habios Home is seeking a highly sophisticated, results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee our flagship luxury experience center in New Delhi. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations, sales, and client experiences for our ultra-premium product portfolios, which include bespoke kitchens, luxury wardrobes, high-end vanities, luxury kids' nurseries, and premium youth rooms.

The ideal candidate will act as the face of the brand, delivering a world-class hospitality and retail experience to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), elite architects, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relationship Management

• Drive revenue growth by converting high-value walk-ins and consultations into confirmed projects.
• Build robust relationships with prominent architects, interior designers, builders, and HNWI clients across Delhi NCR.
• Conduct high-end design consultations,



understanding client lifestyles to present tailored premium solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial design briefs and site measurements to final quotation closure.

Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising
• Maintain impeccable showroom standards, ensuring all luxury displays (kitchens, wardrobes, nurseries, and furniture) are pristine, fully functional, and visually inspiring.
• Manage daily showroom operations, including opening/closing protocols, security, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate display updates in alignment with global luxury trends and brand guidelines.

Team Leadership & Performance
• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, relationship managers, and front-desk staff.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular training on luxury sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Manage rosters to ensure optimal staff coverage during peak hours and weekends.
