Role Description The Conflict Analyst – US Law will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal and contractual documents to identify, assess,



and mitigate conflicts of interest and compliance risks. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South involves examining agreements, engagement letters, and organizational policies to ensure alignment with US legal and regulatory requirements. The role includes preparing summaries and reports for internal stakeholders, maintaining conflict-check databases, and supporting decision-making on client onboarding, engagements, and transactions. The Conflict Analyst will collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams, communicate findings clearly, and recommend practical solutions to address identified conflicts. Daily activities also include keeping current with relevant US laws and regulations, supporting internal audits, and contributing to process improvements and documentation standards.
