About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and expand Versionz Corp's presence across international markets, particularly the US, UAE, and EMEA.
You will work closely with our leadership, sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify prospective clients, initiate conversations with decision-makers,



schedule discovery meetings, and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify prospective clients and generate B2B leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technology services.
• Conduct market research and build targeted prospect lists across the US, UAE, and EMEA.
• Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other relevant channels.
• Connect with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, ERP Managers, Microsoft partners, and consulting firms.
• Qualify prospects, understand business requirements, and identify potential opportunities.
• Schedule discovery calls, sales meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain prospect databases, track follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Generate opportunities for Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrades, migrations, integrations, managed support, Power Platform, and AI solutions.
