Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for KGK Group’s in office workforce in Jaipur in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, workforce planning,



and developing policies that align with organizational goals and local regulations. The role will handle performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will administer compensation and benefits, support learning and development programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves partnering with business leaders on organizational development initiatives, HR analytics, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
