About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Marketing with strong exposure to the Real Estate Development industry to drive project marketing, demand generation, brand positioning and sales-support initiatives. The candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing real-estate projects, preferably with a developer, and should be capable of independently managing campaigns from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute project-wise marketing strategies based on location, product, target audience, pricing and sales objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for new project launches and ongoing projects.
• Drive lead generation and demand generation through digital, offline and on-ground marketing.
• Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to understand project requirements, customer segments and lead quality.
• Plan and monitor Google
