Talent Acquisition Executive

Yali Aerospace is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills and be able to contribute to overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Negotiate compensation and assist in offer rollout.
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Coordinate with the HR Manager on recruitment activities and provide support for other HR functions as required.
Assist with employee documentation,



HR administration, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, HR tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Experience in startup, manufacturing, aerospace, drone, or technology sectors is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or related industries is an added advantage.
