The QuickBooks Accounting Specialist is responsible for categorizing business transactions, handling monthly reconciliations, and producing financial statements for a number of different businesses across many industries.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related program
• Master’s degree / CPA license is a plus
• 1-3 Years QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping Experience
• Extreme organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills

You’ll use this skill set (and develop new ones) to oversee the day-to-day financial transactions of these clients. From small to medium sized organizations, many with multiple entities and intricacies, you will perform all the necessary bookkeeping tasks coupled with monthly financial reporting and year-end wrap up.

Functional Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate QuickBooks file (Both Desktop and Online)
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Audit cash and charge card receipts
• Process payroll
