We are Expanding our Team We are looking to hire for the Role of 'Closing Manager" who is enthusiastic, open to learning & contributing from day zero.

Years of Experience: 3 years minimum in sales/ closing

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and convert site-visited leads into confirmed bookings
• Handle client negotiations and resolve objections
• Conduct timely follow-ups to close deals
• Maintain accurate client records and updates
• Ensure data confidentiality and process compliance
• Share sales updates and lead feedback with management
• Coordinate post-booking activities including payments and documentation
• Need to Give presentation to the customer about the Project

Key Skills
• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strategic thinking and decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:
-Knowledge of Real Estate Sales is a MUST
- Leadership Skills.
- Should be positive at communicating in English and Hindi. Gujarati & Marathi would be a great add-on.
- Good Presentation and Negotiation skills.
- Has good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
- Must be Street Smart
- Knowledge of CRM
- Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes: having a minimum experience of 3 years in sales/ closing positions and closing deals
