Role Description The Talent Engagement Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on driving end-to-end talent engagement activities, including sourcing and attracting candidates, coordinating interviews,



and supporting hiring decisions. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with candidates, supporting employer branding initiatives, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also involves using digital tools and platforms to enhance recruiting efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of talent engagement processes.
