TENCYS is
looking for an ambitious and energetic Business
Development & Growth Associate to join our team. This role
is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building client relationships,
identifying business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced technology
environment. The role will begin as an internship
with an opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on
performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business
opportunities across relevant industries.

• Support lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and pipeline
development activities.

• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other
business channels.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to
position relevant TENCYS solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing
clients.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, capability documents, and
client communications.

• Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and opportunities through CRM and
internal systems.





• Participate in client meetings, business discussions, and sales
presentations.

• Conduct market and competitor
research to identify recent growth opportunities.

• Work closely
with the leadership and business development team to achieve growth
objectives.

Requirements
Required Skills

• MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1/2 B-School preferred.

• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, Growth,
and Client Relationship Management.

• Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and
relationship-building abilities.

• High ownership, confidence, energy,
and willingness to learn.

• Ability to communicate effectively
with clients and business stakeholders.

• Robust analytical and
problem-solving mindset.

• Bangalore-based
or willing to work from Bangalore.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and
stakeholder coordination skills.
