Purplechalk is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can bring brands to life through words.
From compelling product descriptions and engaging social media copy to SEO-friendly blogs and website content, you'll create content that connects with audiences and supports brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Write engaging product descriptions, product highlights, and collection descriptions for e-commerce brands.
• Create social media captions, reel copy, carousel scripts, campaign concepts, and creative headlines.
• Research and write SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and website content.
• Develop landing pages, brand stories, website copy, and marketing content.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Create content for email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and digital advertisements.
• Adapt writing styles to suit different brands, audiences, and platforms.
• Collaborate with SEO,



design, social media, and e-commerce teams.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency.

What We're Looking For
• Around 1 year of experience in content writing or copywriting.
• Strong written English, grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and search intent.
• Ability to balance creative copywriting with SEO-focused content.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing product descriptions, social media copy, and blogs.

Experience with e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle brands, or Shopify is an added advantage.
